Rewards at HFJS

Due to the current climate within school, we will be celebrating their achievements slightly differently to normal.

House points will continue to be given for excellent work and behaviour within school. These are collated and counted regularly each term. Once children achieve 50/100/150/200 these will be recognised with the children receiving the appropriate certificate in class.

Pupil of the Day will be given to children selected by the class teacher based on their effort and achievements throughout the day. The office will send a text message home to share that your child has chosen as pupil of the day.

VIP, Star Reader and Maths Marvel will be awarded on a fortnightly basis in class rather than in a whole school assembly. The children will be given a certificate and lanyard to celebrate that they have achieved this reward. The lanyard will remain in school and not be brought home for the time being.
