We are seeking to employ a 1:1 SEN TA under the leadership of our Inclusion Manager.

 

1:1 full time support for a year 5 child with significant learning disabilities who is working well below age range.

• Experience of working with children who have SLD

• Flexible approach to learning

• Able to use initiative when delivering sessions of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum

• Calm, caring and patient manner

Requirements
A happy person who enjoys working with children
Appropriate level of literacy and Numeracy
Good oral and presentation skills
Awareness of confidentiality, data protection and safeguarding
Able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative.

Hours will be Monday to Friday 8.40am to 3.05pm

FTE £20812 - £21189

Fixed Term Contract, the role will be reviewed in July 2024 in line with the Education Plan and related funding.
